Package damaged upon delivery
We recommend that you open your package in the presence of the delivery person to check its condition.

• If the product is visibly damaged , refuse the package and report it immediately to the carrier.
• If the delivery person refuses to let you open the package, you have the right to refuse it .

These same checks apply in the event of withdrawal from a post office or relay point .

Depending on the return method chosen, it will take 8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your package to reach our warehouse. Remember that the return remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse, so always remember to ask for proof of postage to keep an eye on its progress. Once received, your return will be processed within 2 business days, and you will receive an email to confirm receipt.
